1. Each patient will receive a supply of Anvirzel^TM and prescribed route of administration as determined by his or her condition.

2. Before start of Anvirzel^TM Therapy, patient must secure from their physician or pharmacy a supply of syringes, as well as bacteriostatic water. The bacteriostatic water is usually sold in 30ml (30cc) to 50ml (50cc) vials. Do not use mixture of bacteriostatic water with lidocaine for sublingual administration.

3. Store the unused vials of Anvirzel^TM in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

4. To prepare the Anvirzel^TM for reconstitution, take a cotton ball or swab and place a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on it. Wipe the top of the vial of both the bacteriostatic water and the Anvirzel^TM with the alcohol swab. Insert the needle of a 10ml (10cc) to 12ml (12cc) syringe into the bacteriostatic water vial and draw out 10ml (10cc) of water. Insert the needle into the vial of Anvirzel^TM, and fill with 10ml of bacteriostatic water. Shake the vial of Anvirzel^TM. It is now ready for use. Discard the 10ml (10cc) to 12ml (12cc) syringe and needle just used to reconstitute the Anvirzel^TM.

5. Repeat step four with each vial of Anvirzel^TM that you reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Do not reconstitute more than one vial of Anvirzel^TM at one time; use its contents completely before preparing another vial.

6. For each sublingual administration take a new 1ml (1cc) to 3ml (3cc) syringe and withdraw the prescribed amount of reconstituted Anvirzel^TM for your condition. Then hold the syringe with needle pointing up and remove the needle from the syringe. Discard the needle.

7. Take the syringe without the needle you just filled with Anvirzel^TM and administer under the front of your tongue. Hold the Anvirzel^TM liquid under your tongue for three minutes, or until it becomes absolutely necessary to swallow, whichever comes first. You may now swallow the fluid mixed with your salvia. Discard the syringe you just used.

8. Store the reconstituted Anvirzel^TM vial (the one you have just filled with bacteriostatic water and received your dose from) in the refrigerator until you have completely used its contents. Also store any unused bacteriostatic water in the refrigerator. (Do not freeze).

9. The used syringes and needles are considered medical waste and must be disposed of properly in compliance with all applicable laws.

10. It is the duty and responsibility of each patient to continue to be monitored by their attending physician.
