Payment Overview
| Upon completion of medical record review by the Salud Integral medical staff, the patient will be notified of acceptance for Anvirzel™ Therapy. (The dosage prescribed by medical staff and the number of months supply requested by the patient will determine payment amount.)
Payment can be made by: • Bank Wire Transfer Salud Integral will provide wire instructions by e-mail or fax to those patients wishing to make payment by bank wire transfer. Credit Cards Accepted: Payment by credit card can be made directly to the Salud Integral Secure Credit Card Payment System. Salud Integral will provide the patients that are accepted for Anvirzel™ Therapy with an Invoice Number and a Single Use Pass Code to access the system. The patient can then access the system (by clicking below) and provide the required credit card information directly into the Salud Integral Secure Credit Card Payment System to complete the payment transaction on-line.
